摘 要:实践创新能力是专业学位研究生培养质量的核心,其有效实现路径是建立产教融合培养机制。为深化校企合作协同培养研究生,提升研究生实践创新能力,我校构建了“一个核心、两个协同、三个阶段、四个同向、五个突出”的“12345”产教融合培养机制,实现从招生选拔、导师遴选、培养计划制定、合作授课、专业实践、学位论文、就业创业等全链条、全过程的校企深度协同培养,形成了“人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担”的产教深度融合新模式。实践表明,该机制优化了校企协同培养模式,提升了研究生的专业能力和职业素养,促进了校企以研究生联合培养为纽带的多维合作。Innovation is essential for postgraduates training,and its effective realization path is to establish a training mechanism that integrates production and education.In order to deepen the collaborative cultivation of postgraduate students between universities and enterprises,and to enhance the practical innovation ability of postgraduate students,a cultivation mechanism of industry-education integration is established which includes"one core,two synergies,three stages,four co-directions,five highlights".This mechanism realizes the deep collaboration between universities and enterprises in the entire chain and process,including the recruitment selection,selection of double tutors,development of training plans,curriculum cooperation teaching,professional practice,dissertation,employment and entrepreneurship.This has formed a new model of deep integration production and education,characterized by"talent co-education,process co-management,achievement sharing,responsibility sharing".This mechanism has optimized the schoolenterprise collaborative cultivation model,enhanced the professional abilities and vocational literacy of postgraduate students,and promoted multi-dimensional cooperation between universities and enterprises with the joint cultivation of postgraduate students as the bond.
