摘　　要：油莎豆(Cyperus esculentus L.)作为一种具有多重经济价值的作物,具有适应性广、抗逆性强、耐贫瘠等特点,而新疆是其种植和开发应用的理想地区。新疆自20世纪70年代末开始引种油莎豆。近年来,随着企业和科研机构的积极参与,油莎豆的种植逐渐复苏并呈现出规模化的发展趋势。目前,新疆已有多个地区成功引种并实现了油莎豆规模化种植,然而,尽管新疆油莎豆产业已经取得了一定发展成果,但在良种选育、栽培技术研究及开发利用方面仍处于初级阶段,产业发展中存在的问题也亟待解决。因此,本文分析了油莎豆产业在新疆的发展前景,并针对存在问题提出了相应建议,以期为新疆油莎豆产业的发展提供参考。This paper discussed the current status of cultivation and research of oil salsa bean(Cyperus esculentus L.)in Xinjiang and its potential for industrial development.As a crop with multiple economic values,oil salsa bean's wide adaptability,strong resistance,and barrenness tolerance made Xinjiang an ideal region for oil salsa bean cultivation and development applications.Since the end of the 1970s,Xinjiang began to introduce oil beans in recent years,with the active participation of enterprises and scientific research institutions,the cultivation of oil beans has gradually recovered and presented a large-scale development trend.At present,Xinjiang has a number of areas successfully introduced and realized the scale of oil bean planting.However,although the oil bean industry in Xinjiang has achieved certain development results,but in the seed selection,cultivation technology research and development and utilization is still in the primary stage,the problems in the development of the industry also need to be solved.Therefore,in this paper the development prospects of the oil bean industry in Xinjiang were analyzed,and corresponding suggestions for the problems were put forward,in order to provide reference for the development of the oil bean industry in Xinjiang.
