摘 要:医学影像技术专业作为新兴交叉学科,实践性、操作性强。随着高等教育的发展和招生规模的扩大,如何对医学影像技术专业学生实施精细化管理成为重要挑战。为应对这一挑战,遵义医科大学创新性地建立了兼职班主任制度,由具备专业素养的放射技师担任班主任。这一制度充分发挥了放射技师的专业和职业优势,帮助学生了解专业和择业方向,提供学术和职业发展机会。此外,还注重培养学生的科研能力和学历提升,鼓励学生参与科研和创新创业计划。同时,中青年放射技师富有教学热情和激情,与学生建立了良好的关系,促进了师生的感情交流。然而,这一制度仍面临一些问题,需要进一步解决和完善。文中也针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决方法。具体措施包括建立科学的管理制度、明确职责和任务、建立选拔和培训机制、落实考核和激励机制,并加强沟通和协作以及关注个人成长和发展。通过这些措施的实施,可以培养出优秀高效的兼职班主任队伍,更好地为学生服务,促进医学影像技术专业学生的全面发展。As a new cross-discipline,medical imaging technology has strong practicality and maneuverability.With the development of higher education and the expansion of enrollment scale,how to implement fine management for students majoring in medical imaging technology has become an important challenge.In order to meet this challenge,Zunyi Medical University innovatively established a part-time class teacher system,with professional radiographers serving as class teachers.This system gives full play to the professional and professional advantages of radiographers,helps students understand their majors and career directions,and provides opportunities for academic and career development.In addition,it also pays attention to the cultivation of students'scientific research ability and the improvement of their academic qualifications,and encourages students to participate in scientific research and innovative entrepreneurship programs.At the same time,young and middle-aged radiographers are full of teaching enthusiasm and passion,establish a good relationship with students,and promote the emotional exchange between teachers and students.However,this system still faces some problems and needs to be further solved and improved.This paper also puts forward the corresponding solutions to the existing problems.Specific measures include establishing a scientific management system,defining responsibilities and tasks,establishing selection and training mechanisms,implementing assessment and incentive mechanisms,strengthening communication and cooperation,and paying attention to personal growth and development.Through the implementation of these measures,an excellent and efficient team of part-time head teachers can be cultivated,which can better serve the students and promote the comprehensive development of medical imaging technology students.
