摘 要:文章将通过探讨腹腔镜技术的发展与应用,分析2D与3D腹腔镜模拟训练系统的优点与不足之处,揭示3D腹腔镜模拟训练系统的挑战与改进需求。2D腹腔镜模拟训练系统具备简单、经济的优点,但在空间感、真实感以及手眼协调性训练方面存在不足。而3D腹腔镜模拟训练系统能够提供更真实的视觉体验与手术操作感,但同时面临着昂贵的设备费用与技术挑战。此外还需要进一步探讨如何将3D技术与其他教育策略相结合,以提高医学生的学习效果。鉴于此,建议未来改进与推广3D腹腔镜模拟训练系统,将虚拟现实技术应用于模拟训练实践中,提高模拟训练的真实性与效果,从而更好地培养医学生的腹腔镜技能,以进一步提高医学生的沉浸式学习体验。In this paper,by discussing the development and application of laparoscopic technology,the strengths and weaknesses of 2D and 3D laparoscopic simulation training systems are analyzed,as well as the challenges and improvement needs of 3D laparoscopic simulation training systemsand is revealed.2D laparoscopic simulation training system has the advantages of simplicity and economy,but there are shortcomings in spatial sense,realistic sense and handeye coordination training.The 3D laparoscopic simulation system can provide a more realistic visual experience and a sense of surgical operation,but at the same time it faces expensive equipment costs and technical challenges.There is also a need to further explore how to combine 3D technology with other educational strategies to improve student learning.In view of this,it is recommended that the 3D laparoscopic simulation training system be improved and promoted in the future,and that virtual reality technology be applied to simulation training practices to improve the realism and effectiveness of simulation training,so as to better develop laparoscopic skills of medical students,and to further enhance the immersive learning experience of students.
