摘  要:随着大数据、人工智能、5G技术等新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,数智技术正在全方位、深层次地融入各行各业,推动产业转型升级与创新发展。教师的教学能力直接影响教学质量和人才培养效果。在数智化时代,高职院校“程序设计”课程教师需要具备多方面的能力,以应对教学改革的需求。文章深入分析了高职院校“程序设计”课程教师教学能力的现状,全面梳理了其中存在的问题,并探索了切实可行的提升路径,旨在促进教师教学能力的提升,提高“程序设计”课程的教学质量,培养适应数智化时代需求的高素质技术技能人才。With the rapid development of new generation information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and 5G technology,digital intelligence technology is being integrated into various industries in all aspects and at a deep level,promoting industrial transformation,upgrading,and innovative development.The teaching ability of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.In the era of digitization,teachers of“programming”courses in vocational colleges need to possess various abilities to meet the needs of teaching reform.The article deeply analyzes the current situation of the teaching ability of“programming”course teachers in vocational colleges,comprehensively sorts out the existing problems,and explores practical and feasible improvement paths,aiming to promote the improvement of teachers̓teaching ability,improve the teaching quality of“programming”course,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the needs of the digital age.
