摘  要:提升高校思政课教师的数字素养是助推新时代高校思政课高质量发展的应时之举。高校思政课教师在思想政治教育中的作用至关重要,其数字素养的提升是发挥铸魂育人作用、落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,是完善自身核心素养、建设高素质思政课教师队伍的内在诉求,是顺应数字时代发展、增强思政课育人实效的现实需求。然而,高校思政课教师数字素养的提升面临着数字意识不够导致认知偏差、数字能力不足导致本领恐慌、数字责任不强导致伦理失范等诸多现实困境。破除上述困境必须坚持以革新思想观念为内生动力,以完善培训体系为外部保障,以升级评价机制为现实依托的提升策略,从意识、能力和责任3个方面来提升高校思政课教师的数字素养。Improving the digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is a timely move to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era.The role of ideological and political teachers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is very important,and the improvement of their digital literacy is an inevitable requirement for giving full play to the role of soul-building and educating people,and the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality,which is the internal demand for improving their core literacy and building a team of high-quality ideological and political teachers,and is a practical demand for conforming to the development of the digital age and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.However,the improvement of digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is faced with many practical dilemmas,such as cognitive bias caused by insufficient digital awareness,panic caused by insufficient digital ability,and ethical anomie caused by weak digital responsibility.To overcome the above dilemma,we must adhere to the endogenous driving force of innovative ideas and concepts,take the improvement of the training system as the external guarantee,and take the upgrading of the evaluation mechanism as the basis of reality,and improve the digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities from three aspects:awareness,ability and responsibility.
