大类招生背景下大学生学习动机对学习行为的影响研究

摘　　要：主动性学习行为是学生自主学习能力评价的重要指标,是大类招生背景下复合型人才成长的必备要素。该文以山西农业大学农业经济管理学院本科生为研究对象,分析了学习动机对学习行为及其不同类型的影响。结果表明,学习动机显著正向影响大学生的学习行为,对主动性学习行为与被动性学习行为的影响作用不存在显著差别。Proactive learning behavior is an important indicator for evaluating students’self-learning ability and a necessary element for the growth of compound talents under the background of large category enrollment.Taking undergraduate students from the School of Agricultural Economics and Management of Shanxi Agricultural University as the research object,the article analyzes the impact of learning motivation on learning behavior and its different types.The results indicate that learning motivation has a significant positive impact on the learning behavior of college students,and there is no significant difference in the impact on proactive learning behavior and passive learning behavior.
