摘  要:研究生教育在培养创新人才和推进国家治理体系现代化中具有重要作用。在现代化建设背景下,培养具有实践创新能力的专业学位研究生是我国研究生教育的重要发展方向。大土木类专业学位研究生作为城市基础设施建设、运维和防灾减灾等领域的储备人才,面临实践能力不足等问题。该文从大土木类专业学位研究生能力与工程实际需求不匹配等问题出发,探讨了以面向工程实践的课程体系、校企资源实践平台为基础的“工程医生”实践育人模式,为大土木类专业学位研究生素养的整体提升和专业发展提供了有力支持。Graduate education plays an important role in training innovative talent and promoting the national governance system.In the context of modernization,training professional degree graduate students with practical and innovative capabilities is an important development direction for graduate education in China.As reserve talent in the fields of urban infrastructure construction,operation and maintenance,disaster prevention and mitigation,etc.,professional degree graduate students in civil engineering face problems such as lack of practical ability.Starting from the problems such as the mismatch between the capabilities of professional degree graduate students in civil engineering and the actual needs of engineering,this article discusses the practical education model of“engineering doctor”based on the establishment of a curriculum system oriented to engineering practice and a school-enterprise resource practice platform,which provides strong support for promoting the overall improvement of the quality and professional development of professional degree graduate students in civil engineering.
