摘  要:为探讨不同复配关系的菌组对动物生长代谢的影响,本试验选取生长、产酸性能相近的菌株筛选互促菌组(植物乳杆菌J05与酿酒酵母Y21)以及互抑菌组(屎肠球菌B13与酿酒酵母Y21)饲喂SD雄性大鼠。试验共分为7个组:空白对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮、抗生素组(B组)饲喂基础饲粮+金霉素(70 mg/kg饲粮)、植物乳杆菌J05单菌组(C组)饲喂基础饲粮+2×10^(10) CFU/kg J05、屎肠球菌B13单菌组(D组)饲喂基础饲粮+2×10^(10) CFU/kg B13、酿酒酵母Y21单菌组(E组)饲喂基础饲粮+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21、互促菌组(F组)饲喂基础饲粮+2×10^(10) CFU/kg J05+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21、互抑菌组(G组)饲喂基础饲粮+2×10^(10) CFU/kg B13+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21。试验共饲喂28 d。结果表明:各组间平均日采食量差异显著(P<0.05),其中B组采食量最高,G组采食量最低;与B组相比,G组的平均日增重显著下降了22.48%(P<0.05),与F组无显著差异,但较F组低。G组的粗蛋白质表观消化率较其余各组均显著降低,其中较A组、B组、F组相比显著下降了3.47%、3.85%、3.26%(P<0.05);G组血清白蛋白含量与A组和D组相比显著降低了43.89%、55.01%(P<0.05),较F组低,但差异不显著。肝脏脂代谢相关基因表达分析显示,相较于G组,F组的CYP7A1和FAS基因的表达水平显著上调了105.36%、209.31%(P<0.05),而G组与各个单菌组均无显著差异。G组与F组的HMG-CoA与LCAT基因的表达量无显著差异。综上所述,本试验筛选出的互抑菌组对大鼠的生长性能和消化性能有消极影响,互促菌组可上调CYP7A1和FAS基因的表达,说明本试验中的菌株互作机制对调控大鼠脂代谢有一定的趋势性影响。In order to investigate the effects of different groups of bacteria on the growth and metabolism of animals,this experiment selected strains with similar growth and acid-producing properties to screen the mutually promoting group(Lactobacillus plantarum J05 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y21)and the mutually inhibiting group(Enterococcus faecalis B13 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y21)fed to SD male rats,which were randomly divided into seven experimental groups:blank control group(group A)fed basal ration,antibiotic group(group B)fed basal ration+gentamycin(70 mg/kg ration),Lactobacillus plantarum J05 monoculture group(group C)fed basal ration+2×10^(10) CFU/kg J05,Enterococcus faecalis B13 monoculture group(group D)fed basal ration+2×10^(10) CFU/kg B13,Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y21 monoculture group(group E)fed basal ration+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21,mutually promoting bacteria group(group F)fed basal ration+2×10^(10) CFU/kg J05+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21,and mutually suppressing bacteria group(group G)basal ration+2×10^(10) CFU/kg B13+6.6×10^(8) CFU/kg Y21.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:the average daily feed intake differed significantly(P<0.05)among groups,with the highest intake in group B and the lowest in group G.The average daily weight gain in group G was significantly decreased by 22.48%(P<0.05)compared with group B,which was not different from group F but lower than group F.The apparent digestibility of crude protein in group G was significantly decreased by 3.47%,3.85%,3.26%compared with groups A,B and F.The apparent digestibility of serum albumin in group G was significantly decreased by 43.89%,55.01%(P<0.05)compared with groups A,B and D(P<0.05);serum albumin content of group G was significantly decreased by 43.89%,55.01%(P<0.05)compared with group A and group D.It was lower than group F,but the difference was not significant.Expression analysis of hepatic lipid metabolism-related genes showed that the expression levels of CYP7A1 and FAS genes were significantly up-regulated by 10
