摘  要:一流课程是实现一流学科和一流大学建设乃至教育强国建设的中介和载体。文章针对当前我国人才培养与科技创新供需不匹配的结构性矛盾,提出了面向教育强国未来一流课程建设与实践的两大逻辑主轴:内部要素优化重塑和外部条件创新突围。内部要素优化主轴包括虚实网格推进全民终身学习、智能跟踪人才素养目标的达成、智能设备推动智慧教育创新、注重素养与能力及优化评价体系等四个方面的发展进路。外部条件创新突围主轴是以科技创新需求为牵引,包括基础研究支持一流课程改革创新、开放互联共同体构建一流课程产业联盟和政策引导一流课程机制优化等三个方面的发展进路。从内外部因素出发,推动未来一流课程建设在创新人才培养中的系统性、整体性、协同性支撑作用,为教育强国战略的实施提供更有力的支撑。According to the spirit of"a Powerful Country in Education",it is imperative for an educationally powerful country to envision the development of a first-class undergraduate curriculum,whether from the perspective of the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class universities.Addressing the prominent structural contradiction between the supply and demand mismatch in talent cultivation and technological innovation,the article proposes two major logical axes for the future development and practice of first-class curricula for the goal of realizing an educationally powerful country:the optimization and reshaping of internal elements,and the innovative breakthrough of external conditions.The internal element optimization development pathways include four approaches:the integration of real and virtual networks for universal lifelong learning;intelligent tracking and feedback to achieve literacy goals;the use of smart devices to drive innovative education practices;and a focus on literacy,competencies,and optimizing assessment systems.Based on the demand of scientific and technological innovation,the axis of external condition innovative breakthrough comprises three approaches:foundational research supporting first-class undergraduate curriculum reform and innovation;the establishment of an open and interconnected community to build a first-class curriculum industry alliance;and policy guidance for optimizing mechanisms within first-class undergraduate curricula.By considering both internal and external factors,the aim is to promote the systematic,holistic,and coordinated supporting role of future first-class course construction in cultivating innovative talents,providing stronger support for the implementation of the educational powerhouse strategy.
