多种混合式教学模式在中医急症本科教学中的应用

摘  要:目的观察以临床案例为基础的教学法(CBL)、以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)结合情景体验多媒体多种混合教学模式在中医急症本科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年1月进行床边教学的2019级南京中医药大学临床本科实习生60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组利用传统教学模式开展教学,实验组利用多种混合式教学模式开展教学,两组学生经过4个月不同教学方法的学习后,比较两组本科实习生的教学效果。结果实验组中医急症临床技能考核、中医急症医学理论知识考核均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组对中医急症学自主学习能力培养、教学模式、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、教学内容的掌握度等方面的满意度评分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多种混合式教学模式有利于提高中医急症本科教学质量和教学满意度。Objective:To observe the application effects of multiple hybrid teaching models,including casebased learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL),scenario-based experiential multimedia teaching,in undergraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emergency medicine.Methods:A total of 60 clinical interns Grade 2019 at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine who participated in bedside teaching from September 2022to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 30 students in each group.The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught using multiple hybrid teaching models.After 4 months of learning with different teaching methods,the teaching outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in both clinical skills assessment and theoretical knowledge tests related to TCM emergency medicine(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group′s satisfaction scores regarding the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,teaching model,learning interest,classroom atmosphere,and mastery of teaching content were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of multiple hybrid teaching models can effectively improve the quality and satisfaction of undergraduate education in TCM emergency medicine.
