摘  要:目的:研究思维导图结合3D body软件在神经定位诊断学教学中的应用效果,探索思维导图结合3D body软件思维可视化教学模式改革新思路。方法:选取黑龙江中医药大学87名2016级康复治疗学本科生和90名2017级针灸推拿学本科生作为研究对象,并根据班级情况将其分为观察组(n=87)和对照组(n=90)。对照组学生应用神经定位诊断学传统教学法,观察组学生应用思维导图结合3D body软件教学法。评估两组学生的结业考试成绩、学生评价情况及观察组学生对应用思维导图结合3D body软件的反馈情况。结果:观察组学生基础知识、临床技术操作、临床病例分析题型得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.423、4.768、4.641,P<0.001)。观察组学生在提升学习兴趣、自我学习能力水平、理论知识的整体综合应用能力、分析思维能力方面得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.496、4.606、6.241、5.137,P<0.001)。结论:思维导图结合3D body软件教学法的效果优于传统教学法,能够有效地提高学生的理论知识和临床实践水平。Objective:To study the effect of the teaching of neural localization and diagnostics by combining the mind map with 3D body software.Methods:87 rehabilitation therapy undergraduates of 2016 grade and 90 acupuncture and massage undergraduates of 2017 grade were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=87)and control group(n=90)according to class conditions.The traditional teaching method of neurolocalization diagnostics was applied in the control group,while the teaching method of mind mapping combined with 3D body software was applied in the observation group.The results of the final examination and evaluation of students in the two groups were evaluated,and the feedback of students in the observation group on the application of mind mapping combined with 3D body software was evaluated.Results:The scores of basic knowledge,clinical technique operation and clinical case analysis in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.423,4.768,4.641;P<0.001).The scores of students in the observation group in improving learning interest,self-learning ability,overall comprehensive application ability of theoretical knowledge and analytical thinking ability were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=6.496,4.606,6.241,5.137;P<0.001).Conclusion:The mind-mapping combined with 3D body software teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching model,which can effectively improve students’theoretical knowledge and clinical practice level,and students’attention and efficiency in learning.
