清单式管理在胰岛素泵治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：分析在胰岛素泵治疗中采用清单管理模式的干预效果,以中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第923医院内分泌科收治的300例使用胰岛素泵治疗的患者为研究对象。在2021年12月―2022年11月期间应用常规管理模式(n=150);2023年1月―2023年12月期间应用清单管理模式(n=150),比较不同时期管理效果。结果显示,采用清单管理后,胰岛素泵不良使用事件发生率低于常规管理,且护理人员工作积极性及工作满意度方面均较常规管理模式更佳(P<0.05)。研究表明,在胰岛素泵治疗中采用清单管理模式,通过规范应用胰岛素泵,能够提升护理人员工作积极性及满意度,可推广。To analyze the intervention effect of using inventory management mode in insulin pump therapy.300 patients treated with insulin pump in the Department of Endocrinology,The No.923 Hospital of the Joint Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were taken as the research objects,and the routine management mode(n=150)was applied during the period from December 2021 to November 2022;Apply inventory management mode(n=150)from January 2023 to December 2023.Compare management effectiveness across different periods.The results showed that after adopting inventory management,the incidence of adverse use events of insulin and pumps was lower than that of conventional management,and the work enthusiasm and job satisfaction of nursing staff were better than those of conventional management mode(P<0.05).Research has shown that in insulin pump therapy,adopting a checklist management model and standardizing the use of insulin pumps can improve the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of nursing staff,which can be promoted.
