持续改进质量控制管理应用于疾病预防控制机构微生物检验中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨持续改进质量控制管理应用于疾病预防控制机构微生物检验中的效果。方法选取2022年1—10月济南市平阴县疾病预防控制中心的8名微生物检验人员为观察对象,按管理模式不同进行分组,2022年1—5月采用常规质量控制管理,设为管理前;2022年6—10月实施持续改进质量控制管理,设为管理后。微生物检验次数共计640次,管理前后各检验320次。比较两组安全卫生事件发生率、检验设备与试剂不符合规定事件情况、检验人员满意度。结果管理后,安全卫生事件发生率为2.50%(8/320),较管理前的5.63%(18/320)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.186,P<0.05)。管理后,检验设备与试剂不符合规定事件发生率为3.44%(11/320),较管理前的7.50%(24/320)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05)。管理前,检验人员非常满意3名,满意1名,不满意4名;管理后,检验人员非常满意5名,满意3名;管理后检验人员满意度较管理前更高。结论持续改进质量控制管理应用于疾病预防控制机构微生物检验中,降低安全卫生事件发生次数,减少检验设备与试剂不合规事件发生,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuous improvement quality control management on microbiological examination in disease prevention and control institutions.Methods From January to October 2022,eight microbial inspectors from Pingyin County Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Jinan City were selected as observation objects,and they were grouped according to different management modes.From January to May 2022,routine quality control management was adopted,which was set as before management.From June to October 2022,continuous improvement of quality control management was implemented and set as post-management.The number of microbiological tests was 640 times,including 320 inspections before and after management each.The incidence of safety and health events,the non-compliance of inspection equipment and reagents,and the satisfaction of inspectors were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the incidence of safety and health events was 2.50%(8/320),which was lower than 5.63%(18/320)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.186,P<0.05).After management,the incidence of non-compliance of test equipment and reagents was 3.44%(11/320),which was lower than 7.50%(24/320)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05).Before management,3 inspectors were very satisfied,1 was satisfied,and 4 were not satisfied.After management,the inspectors were very satisfied with 5 and satisfied with 3;the satisfaction of inspectors after management was higher than that before management.Conclusion The application of continuous improvement of quality control management in microbiological examination of disease prevention and control institutions can reduce the number of safety and health incidents,reduce the occurrence of non-compliance of inspection equipment and reagents,and improve management satisfaction.
