摘 要:内科护理学是护理学专业的核心课程,其教学效果对学生理论水平及临床实践能力有重要影响。随着医学科技的发展,临床护理工作日趋复杂,如何提高学生的综合素质,培养学生独立思考与解决问题的能力,是目前护理教育面临的一大挑战。近年来,PDCA循环法(Plan-Do-Check-Act)的引进,为课堂教学开辟了一条新的途径。PDCA循环管理在教学过程中的应用,不仅能使教学质量得到提高,而且还能利用反馈机制,对教学策略进行持续的优化,让学生在动态的学习过程中,逐渐掌握知识要点和临床技能。Internal medicine nursing is the core course of nursing specialty,and its teaching effect has an important impact on students'theoretical level and clinical practice ability.With the development of medical science and technology,clinical nursing work is becoming more and more complex,how to improve the comprehensive quality of students and cultivate students'independent thinking and problem solving ability is a major challenge facing nursing education at present.In recent years,the introduction of the PDCA cycle method(Plan-Do-Check-Act)has opened up a new way for classroom teaching.The application of PDCA cycle management in the teaching process not only enables the quality of teaching to be improved,but also makes use of the feedback mechanism to continuously optimize the teaching strategy,so that students can gradually master the key points of knowledge and clinical skills in a dynamic learning process.
