摘 要:目的探讨社会实践活动应用于消化内科实习教学的效果。方法选取2022年9月—2024年5月在长治医学院附属和济医院消化内科实习的124名临床医学本科生为研究对象。使用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各62名。两组学生均给予常规消化内科实习教学,观察组联合进行社会实践活动。比较两组学生出科后专业理论知识、临床演练、综合能力及教学满意度。结果对照组客观题成绩(32.64±3.48)分、简答题得分(20.42±2.61)分、病例分析题得分(22.43±2.58)分均低于观察组的(36.72±3.09)分、(24.66±2.17)分、(26.61±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.903、9.836、9.652,P均<0.05)。观察组组迷你临床演练评分及综合能力评分均优于对照组,观察组教学满意度评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消化内科实习教学中应用社会实践活动效果良好,可有效提升实习学生专业理论知识掌握度,改善实习学生临床技能操作水平及综合能力,提升实习学生对教学的满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying social practice activities to gastroenterology internship teaching.Methods A total of 124 clinical medical undergraduates who practiced in the Gastroenterology Department of Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from September 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divide the control group and observation group,with 62 participants in each group.The students in both groups were given routine practice teaching of gastroenterology,and the observation group was jointly given social practice activities.The professional theoretical knowledge,clinical practice,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of objective questions,short answer questions and case analysis questions in the control group were 32.64±3.48,20.42±2.61 and 22.43±2.58,respectively,which were lower than 36.72±3.09,24.66±2.17 and 26.61±2.23 in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.903,9.836,9.652,all P<0.05).The Mini-Clinical Exercise Score and comprehensive ability score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of social practice activities in the practice teaching of gastroenterology has a good effect,which can effectively improve the students'mastery of professional theoretical knowledge,improve their clinical skill operation level and comprehensive ability,and enhance their satisfaction with teaching.
