摘 要:目的探讨叙事医学结合客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)教学法在医学生泌尿外科实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年在1月复旦大学附属闵行医院/上海市闵行区中心医院期间泌尿外科实习的24名学生,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组(各12名)。对照组实施常规教学方法,研究组则采用叙事医学结合OSCE教学法,评估两组学生的OSCE各站点成绩、核心能力得分及总满意度。结果研究组学生OSCE各站点成绩均高于对照组,研究组核心能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组学生的教学满意度为100.00%(12/12),高于对照组的58.33%(7/12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事医学结合OSCE教学法相比常规教学方法,在泌尿外科实习中更能全面提升学生的综合能力、临床技能及批判性思维。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative medicine combined with Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)teaching method in the teaching of urology internship for medical students.Methods Twenty-four students who underwent urology internship teaching at Minhang Hospital Affiliated of Fudan University/Central Hospital of Minhang District,Shanghai City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a study group and control group according to the random number table method,with twelve students in each group.The control group implemented conventional teaching methods,while the research group used narrative medicine combined with OSCE teaching methods.Evaluate the scores of each OSCE site,core competency scores,and overall satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The OSCE scores of the students in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the core competency scores of the research group students were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group students was 100.00%(12/12),higher than 58.33%(7/12)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of narrative medicine and OSCE teaching method can comprehensively enhance students'comprehensive abilities,clinical skills,and critical thinking in urology internships compared to conventional teaching methods.
