摘　　要：在人工智能(AI)迅速发展的背景下,质量文化作为推动精益项目成功的重要因素,受到越来越多的关注。本研究构建了一个有调节的中介模型,探讨AI使用如何通过战略反馈与学习推动精益项目的成功,并分析质量文化在这一过程中所起的调节作用。基于此,本文提出了通过重视质量文化的建设、引入AI技术、进行多层次的质量培训等策略,以帮助企业在精益项目实施中取得更大成功的建议。这一研究为理解A/与质量文化在精益管理中的交互作用提供了新的视角,并为相关领域的实践提供了理论支持。In the context of the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(Al),quality culture has received increasing attention as an important factor driving the lean project success.This study proposes a moderated mediation model to explore how Al use affects lean project success through strategic feedback and learning,and analyzes the moderating role of quality culture.Based on this,this paper proposes strategies to help organizations achieve greater success in lean project implementation by emphasizing quality culture,introducing Al technology,and conducting multi-level quality training.This research provides a new perspective for understanding the interaction between Al and quality culture in lean management and provides theoretical support for practice in related fields.
