摘  要:各类课程在落实课程思政理念的探索中出现了各自为政的现象。文章分析课程思政推行效果不佳的问题成因,寻求解决策略,提出思政课教师须承担多重角色,助推实现课程思政的育人成效。围绕思政课教师承担多重角色的原因、可能性与可行性、具体表现以及实践路径等多个维度,为思政课教师找准角色定位、优化职能职责,推进思政课教师在课程思政中的价值实现,为推动课程思政深入发展提供启迪。In the implementation of curriculum-based ideological and political education,there exists a tendency for various courses to operate in isolation regarding ideological and political content.This paper examines the root causes of this issue and proposes solutions,advocating for enhanced synergistic educational outcomes through the adoption of multiple roles by ideological and political course teachers.The study explores several dimensions,including the rationale,feasibility,specific manifestations,and practical strategies for ideological and political course teachers to assume these multifaceted roles.The aim is to assist these educators in accurately defining their positions,optimizing their functions and responsibilities,and maximizing their value within the framework of curriculum-based ideological and political education.Ultimately,this research seeks to provide valuable insights for the comprehensive development of this educational approach.
