摘  要:煤炭开采面临着诸多挑战,包括煤矿采掘失衡、掘进技术水平低、工作面安全问题等。为了解决这些问题,智能化掘进技术的发展变得至关重要。聚焦智能连续掘进区域感知、区域规划和区域诊断等关键要点,整合“人、机、环、管”等因素,提出了一种智能连续掘进的综合设计方案。该方案具备全面感知、实时互联、协同控制、多维数据融合、大数据分析与智能决策等特点,有效提高了掘进工作面的感知能力、透明度和效率。同时,对智能化掘进设备的控制单元、数据传输单元、执行单元、检测单元、采集处理单元和远程操作单元进行了详细研究,开发了连续掘进断面自动成形控制系统,形成了记忆截割、定位截割和自主截割等3种掘进模式。现场工程应用表明,自动割煤煤机单刀进尺动作误差可控制在20~30 mm,自动化扫帮工艺凹凸误差在5 cm左右,确保了巷道成型质量。但自动化模式生产时,移机用时约10~15 min,是自驾移机用时的2倍左右。Coal mining is faced with many challenges,including unbalance of coal mining,low level of driving technology,face safety problems and so on.In order to solve these problems,the development of intelligent tunneling technology becomes very important.This paper focuses on the key aspects of intelligent continuous tunneling,such as regional perception,regional planning and regional diagnosis,and integrating the factors of“man,machine,ring and pipe”.The scheme has the characteristics of overall perception,real-time interconnection,cooperative control,multi-dimensional data fusion,big data analysis and intelligent decision making,and improves the perception ability,transparency and efficiency of heading face.At the same time,the control unit,data transmission unit,execution unit,detection unit,acquisition and processing unit and remote operation unit of intelligent tunneling equipment are studied,the automatic forming control system of continuous heading section is developed,which forms three kinds of heading patterns:memory cutting,positioning cutting and autonomous cutting.The field application shows that the error of the single cutter footage movement can be controlled in the range of 20~30 mm,and the error of concavity and convexity of the automatic side-sweeping technology is about 5 cm,which ensures the quality of roadway forming.However,during the automatic mode of production,transfer time of about 10~15 minutes,is self-driving transfer time of about 2 times.
