摘  要:CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆服役十年后的性能是否满足服役要求对轨道系统的安全运营至关重要。对邯郸东站和松江南站的CA砂浆进行力学性能、物相组成及孔隙特征等测试,研究结果表明,两地的CA砂浆干燥抗压强度无显著下降;饱水后的抗压强度下降明显,但高于《CA砂浆暂行技术条件》的要求。两地区的CA砂浆均出现了浅表层维氏硬度下降和无机相损失的损伤,且松江地区的损伤程度相对较高。松江地区CA砂浆浅表层毛细孔孔隙率明显上升;邯郸地区CA砂浆凝胶孔体积明显增大,毛细孔孔隙率仅浅表层略微增大。因此,两地的CA砂浆服役十年后仍满足规范要求,但发生了且正持续发生物理和化学损伤,需要对在役CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆定期观测和维护。The compliance of the service requirements by the performance of the cement emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar)in CRTSⅡslab track after ten years of service is crucial for the safe operation of the track system.In this study,tests were conducted on the mechanical properties,phase composition and pore characteristics of CA mortar in CRTSⅡtrack of Handan East Station and Songjiang South Station.The results show no significant decrease in the dry compressive strength of CA mortar in the two locations.Despite significant decrease after water saturation,the compressive strength is higher than the requirements of the Provisional Technical Conditions for CA Mortar.The CA mortar in both locations shows a decrease of shallow surface Vickers hardness and inorganic phase loss,with relatively higher damage degree in the Songjiang location.The porosity of capillary pores in the shallow surface of CA mortar in the Songjiang location increases significantly.However,the gel pore volume of CA mortar in the Handan location increases significantly,with the porosity of capillary pores increasing only slightly in the shallow layer.In summary,the CA mortar in the two locations still meets the specification requirements after ten years of service.However,physical and chemical damage has occurred or is underway,which requires regular monitoring and maintenance of CRTSⅡCA mortar in service.
