家园共育视角下幼儿园食育活动问题研究

摘  要:回应家庭教育在幼儿教育中的重要地位,以家园共育为视角对幼儿园食育活动问题展开研究,针对目前幼儿园开展食育活动所面临的诸如食育活动师资力量不足,幼儿园食育活动尚未构建园本课程体系,家园合作不力等问题,建议提高教师食育认知水平及实操技能,构建园本食育课程体系,加强家园合作,共同促进食育活动开展。旨在通过食育活动培养幼儿健康饮食习惯,实现幼儿园保教水平高质量提升。In response to the important role of family education in early childhood education,this study explores the issue of“food education”activities in kindergartens from the perspective of home school co education.It focuses on the current challenges faced by kindergartens in carrying out“food education”activities,such as insufficient teacher resources for organizing such activities;The“food education”activity curriculum in kindergarten lacks systematicity;Suggestions are made to improve teachers'awareness and practical skills in“food education”to address issues such as inadequate cooperation between home and school;Constructing a curriculum system for“food education”in the kindergarten;Strengthen home school cooperation and jointly promote the development of“food education”activities.Intended to promote the development of healthy eating habits in young children and effectively improve the quality of kindergarten education.
