摘  要:职业教育作为技术人才培养的途径之一,在江西省创新驱动的高质量发展战略中具有重要地位。从市域层面而言,职业教育的健康与可持续发展有赖于城市能力对职业教育生态承载力的支持。为此,设计两方面研究内容:其一,将城市职业教育体系视为生态系统,借鉴生态承载力理论,从系统弹性力、资源承载力和承载压力度三维度构建江西省地级市职业教育生态承载力评价的指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS方法实施综合评价;其二,从基础资源供给、就业吸纳、环境保障三方面考察地级市的能力因素,并引入fsQCA方法探索城市能力因素组态对优化职业教育生态承载力的作用。研究发现,江西省11个地级市的职业教育生态承载力存在发展水平普遍较弱且不均衡状况;从城市能力因素视角,优化职业教育生态承载力有经济带动型和就业驱动型两条路径。研究结果能为江西省职业教育发展提供策略启示。vocational education,as one of the ways to train technical personnel,plays an important role in the innovationdriven high-quality development strategy of Jiangxi province.On the city level,the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education depends on the support of urban capacity to the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education.Hence,the contents of the research are organized twofold.Firstly,the urban vocational education system is regarded as an ecosystem,and the ecological carrying capacity theory is used to construct an index system for the evaluation of the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education in prefecture-level cities of Jiangxi province from three dimensions of system elasticity,resource carrying capacity and bearing pressure,and the entropy weighted TOPSIS method is adopted to implement the evaluation.Secondly,the capacity factors of prefecture-level cities are investigated from the aspects of basic resource supply,employment absorption and environmental protection,and the fsQCA method is introduced to explore the effect of the configuration of urban capacity factors on optimizing the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education.The results show that the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education in 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province is generally weak and unbalanced.From the perspective of urban capacity factors,there are two ways to optimize the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education,i.e.,the economydriven and the employment-driven.It provides strategic inspiration for the development of vocational education in Jiangxi Province.
