关于贵州民族地区普惠性幼儿园质量保障现状的调查研究

摘  要:自从我国提出大力发展普惠性幼儿园以来,各地政府积极推进学前教育普及普惠安全优质发展。采用问卷调查等方法,对贵州民族地区215所普惠性幼儿园质量现状进行调研,发现幼儿园质量保障存在普惠政策不完善,经费投入不足,教师专业发展保障不够,管理制度、教育质量评价体系不完善等问题。据此从政府、幼儿园、教师三方面提出合理配置资源,多途径落实经费投入;把好教师入职关,保障教师合法权益;制定职业发展规划,提高教育教学能力等建议。Since China proposed to vigorously develop inclusive kindergartens,local governments have actively promoted the popularization of inclusive,safe and high-quality development of preschool education.Through methods such as questionnaire surveys,a survey was conducted on the current quality status of 215 inclusive kindergartens in Guizhou ethnic areas,revealing several issues in the quality assurance of these kindergartens,including incomplete inclusive policies,insufficient funding,inadequate professional development support for teachers,and imperfect management systems and education quality evaluation systems.Based on this,it is proposed from the three aspects of the government,kindergartens,and teachers,such as rational allocation of resources and multi-channel implementation of funding;strictly control of teacher’s recruitment and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers;formulating career development plans to improve educational and teaching ability and other suggestions.
