摘 要:将优秀的家风教育融入高职院校学生管理中,是对中华优秀传统美德的传承,更是对社会主义核心价值观的践行。该文阐释了家风与家风教育的内涵,探讨了以家风教育为基础的班级学生管理模式构建的意义。通过走访调研,运用采集的数据对家风教育融入班级学生管理的现状进行了分析,找出目前家风教育在学生管理工作中存在的问题,并对此进行了剖析,发现学生对家风教育了解程度不高,对家风教育的相关活动积极性不高,而且家风教育在学生管理工作中融入度偏低。在此现状下提出了构建以家风教育为基础的班级学生管理模式的实践线路与方案,期望以此提高家风教育在班级管理中的融入度。Integrating excellent family ethics education into the management of vocational college students is not only the inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese virtues,but also the practice of socialist core values.The article explains the connotation of family tradition and family tradition education,and explores the significance of constructing a class student management model based on family tradition education;through visits and research,the current situation of integrating family tradition education into class student management was analyzed using collected data.The problems existing in family tradition education in student management work were identified and analyzed.It was found that students have little understanding of family tradition education,low enthusiasm for related activities,and low integration of family tradition education in student management work.In this situation,a practical route and plan have been proposed to construct a class student management model based on family tradition education,which can improve the integration of family tradition education into class management.
