摘  要:淮北方言俗语、谚语、歇后语是淮北地区方言文化的有机组成部分,蕴含着丰富的德育思想,其德育功能包括勤劳节俭传统美德的弘扬、善良友爱集体观念的培养、积极向上理想信念的增强、孝亲敬老良好家风的塑造等多方面。而在现代社会中,各种因素限制了淮北方言俗语、谚语、歇后语的传承与发展。为了更好地发挥淮北方言俗语、谚语、歇后语的德育功能,需要将整合资源、创新机制、更新理念、增强保护意识、优化三重环境、发展多元化德育载体等多项措施并举实施。Huaibei dialect idioms,proverbs,and two-part allegorical sayings are integral parts of the dialect culture in Huaibei region,embodying rich moral education thoughts.Their moral education functions encompass promoting traditional virtues such as diligence and thrift,cultivating a collective sense of kindness and friendship,strengthening positive ideals and beliefs,and shaping good family traditions of filial piety and respect for the elderly.However,in modern society,various unfavorable factors have severely hindered the inheritance and development of Huaibei dialect idioms,proverbs,and two-part allegorical sayings.To better realize their moral education functions,it is necessary to implement multiple measures concurrently,including integrating resources,innovating mechanisms,updating concepts,enhancing protection awareness,optimizing the triple environment,and developing diversified moral education carriers.
