摘 要:在我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利的时代背景下,资助育人工作面临新的形势和任务,需要从保障型向发展型深度转变。作为一种新型资助模式,发展型资助育人具有充分运用信息化手段、更加关注学生全面发展、提升受助学生尊严感与获得感、强化多元主体协同育人责任的内涵特征。高职院校应系统梳理当前发展型资助育人在资助学生精准认定、受助学生需求满足、工作队伍专业化建设、监督管理机制完善等方面的实践难点,从构建精准识别认定体系、实施核心素养提升工程、打造专业的资助育人工作队伍、优化协同育人与长效保障机制等方面,为受助学生提供更多关心与支持,实现高职院校资助育人高质量发展,助力人才培养质量全面提升。Under the background of the all-around victory in China's poverty alleviation campaign,the work of funding and educating students is facing new situations and tasks,which requires a deep transformation from basic living allowances funding to development-oriented funding.As a new type of funding model,development-oriented funding has the inherent characteristics of fully utilizing information technology,paying more attention to the comprehensive development of students,enhancing the dignity and sense of achievement of assisted students,and strengthening the collaborative responsibility of multiple subjects in education.Higher vocational colleges should systematically sort out the practical difficulties in the current development-oriented funding model,such as precise identification of students,meeting the requirements of subsidized student,faculty professionalism building,and optimization of supervision and management mechanisms.From the aspects of building a precise identification and certification system,implementing core literacy improvement projects,building professional funding education work teams,optimizing collaborative education and long-term guarantee mechanisms,more care and support should be provided to the students receiving funding,achieving high-quality development of funding education in higher vocational colleges,and helping comprehersively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
