摘  要:新时代、新形势下,高校的优良学风是高校培养德才兼备优秀人才的重要基础和根本保障。针对高校学风建设中存在的问题,分析原因并制定措施,探讨是否可以通过进一步完善高校学生管理制度,形成刚柔并济、以人为本的管理体制,加强学风建设;是否可以引导学生由被动学习转变为主动学习,采取同步互动教学模式,激发学生的学习热情,加强学风建设;是否可以通过灵活多样的学风养成及形成建设机制,通过优良教风促进良好学风形成的长效机制,促进应用型高校优良学风的形成和建设,多信息融合,用高校校园文化建设促进优良学风形成,提高应用型人才的创新实践能力和综合培养质量。In the new era and new situation,the academic atmosphere in colleges and universities is the important foundation and fundamental guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate excellent talents with both ability and morality.This project aims at the problems existing in the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons and development measures,explores to improve the management system of college students and form a flexible,people-oriented management system;guide students to change from passive learning to active learning and adopt synchronous interactive teaching mode to stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning;promote the formation and construction of good academic atmosphere in applicationoriented colleges and universities through good teaching ethos;improve the innovative practice ability and comprehensive training quality of application-oriented talents through the formation and construction of academic atmosphere in application-oriented colleges and universities through the construction of campus culture.
