摘　　要：人才培养质量是学校的生命线,不断提高人才培养质量是邵阳学院办学孜孜以求的目标。针对当前地方应用型院校在课程管理与教学评价方面存在的课程体系设置不够优化、课程质量标准重“教”轻“学”、课程质量评价途径单一、课程质量评价结果反馈与应用不到位等问题,以邵阳学院为例,介绍通过面向产出的修订课程教学大纲、优化课程管理制度、改进课程评价标准等构建课程管理与质量评价体系,以适应新时代国家和地方经济社会发展对人才培养的新要求,以期提高教育教学管理水平和课程教学质量,切实保障地方应用型院校人才培养目标的实现。The quality of talent cultivation is the lifeline of a school,and continuously improving the quality of talent cultivation is the goal that Shaoyang University is striving for.In response to the current problems in curriculum management and teaching evaluation in local application-oriented university,such as insufficient optimization of curriculum system settings,emphasis on“teaching”over“learning”in curriculum quality standards,single approach to curriculum quality evaluation,and inadequate application of results,this article takes Shaoyang University as a case study,and introduces how to build an OBE curriculum management and quality evaluation system by revising the teaching outline,optimizing the management system,and improving the evaluation standards.The system adapts to the new requirements of national and local economic and social development for talent cultivation in the new era,improves the level of teaching management and the quality of curriculum teaching,and effectively ensures the achievement of talent cultivation goals in local applied universities.
