摘 要:实行本科生导师制,不仅是培养具有一定创新精神的应用型专业技术人才的重要举措,同时也是在各高校不断扩招带来高等教育质量下降背景下的现实选择。现行本科生导师制面临的挑战有导师职责不清、导师资源不足、缺乏完善机制、导师与学生之间缺乏交流等。基于以上情况,从问题入手,结合理论与实践,提出明确指导教授职责,扩充教师队伍,制定审查标准和激励机制,建立指导教授与学生的学习交流平台,推行反哺导师制教学课程等,优化本科生导师制的有效措施。The implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system is not only an important measure to cultivate application-oriented professional and technical talents with a certain innovative spirit,but also a realistic choice in the context of the decline in the quality of higher education brought about by the continuous expansion of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the current undergraduate tutor system,such as unclear responsibilities of tutors,insufficient tutorial resources,lack of perfect mechanism,and lack of communication between tutors and students.Based on the above situation,starting from the problems,combined with theory and practice,this paper proposes effective measures to optimize the undergraduate tutorial system,such as clarifying the responsibilities of the instructors,expanding the teaching team,formulating review standards and incentive mechanisms,establishing a learning and communication platform between the instructors and students,and implementing the teaching courses of the tutorial system.
