摘 要:科教融合是当前国内外研究生培养的主要方式,针对研究生缺乏从事农业科研的意愿、学习积极性不高的现状开展研讨,从国家相关政策中找到解决方法,如提高学生的自身主动性以及加强导师作用、平台建设、科教融合和分类指导等外因促进的方法。开展了一系列创新措施,如组织参观学习农业科学家事迹教育基地、开展农业科研前辈事迹专题学习,以及导师带队、立足田间实际生产需求解决问题等,切实提升了学生的科研创新能力,实现了农学专业研究生培养的“顶天”与“立地”完美结合。The integration of science and education is currently the main way of cultivating graduate students both domestically and internationally.This article focuses on the current situation where graduate students lack the willingness to engage in agricultural research and have low learning enthusiasm.Solutions are found based on relevant national policies,such as improving students’own initiative and strengthening the role of tutors,platform construction,integration of science and education and classified guidance and other external factors to promote the method.A series of innovative measures have been carried out,such as organizing visits to the education base for the deeds of agricultural scientists,carrying out special studies on the deeds of agricultural research predecessors,and leading by tutors to solve problems based on the actual production needs in the field,to effectively improve the scientific research and innovation ability of students,and achieve the perfect combination of agricultural graduate students mastering rich academic knowledge and remaining grounded in practical applications.
