摘  要:在深入分析新时代构建民办高职院校学生党员教育体系的政策背景和研究现状的基础上,详细阐述了其实际意义和理论意义,提出了深入调研学生党员的特征和思想动态变化、开展学生党员教育管理的实践活动、分析学生党员教育管理面临的重点和难点等学生党员教育管理体系的建设路径,系统构建民办高职院校“1+2+3”学生党员教育管理体系,其中“1”指的是发挥党建引领作用,“2”指的是党建与文化传承有机融合、党建与社会服务有机融合,“3”指的是建立党员活动平台、建立宣传教育平台、建立服务社群平台,通过建设多种平台,促进学生党员的全面发展。Based on an in-depth analysis of the policy background and current research status of building a student Party member education system in private vocational colleges in the new era,this paper elaborates on its practical and theoretical significance.It proposes construction paths for the student Party member education management system,such as conducting in-depth research on the characteristics and changes in the ideological dynamics of student Party members,carrying out practical activities for student Party member education and management,and analyzing the key and difficult issues faced in student Party member education and management.The paper systematically constructs a“1+2+3”student Party member education management system for private vocational colleges.The“1”refers to exerting the leading role of Party building,the“2”refers to the organic integration of Party building with cultural inheritance and the organic integration of Party building with social services,and the“3”refers to establishing a Party member activity platform,establishing a publicity and education platform,and establishing a service community platform.By building various platforms,the comprehensive development of student Party members is promoted.
