摘 要:创新能力是高校人才培养质量的重要方面之一,该共识已经得到越来越广泛而深刻的认识。围绕创新能力培养,以“概率论与数理统计”课程为例,针对个性化教学模式展开研究探讨,首先介绍了学情分析、教学内容准备与智慧环境准备等个性化课前准备;进而从个性化教学资源学习、共性教学内容讲解、小组合作探究及个性化巩固提高等四个环节分析了个性化教学设计与实施;最后研究了课前诊断性评价、课中形成性评价与课后终结性评价等多元化教学评价,为大数据、互联网、5G等现代教学环境下实施智慧教学提供参考与借鉴。Innovation ability is one of the important aspects of the quality of college talent training,which has been widely and deeply recognized.Focusing on the cultivation of innovation ability,this paper takes the courses of probability theory and mathematical statistics as an example to conduct research and discussion on personalized teaching mode.First of all,personalized pre-class preparations,including students’condition analysis,course context preparation,and smart teaching environment preparation,are introduced.And then,personalized teaching design and implementation is analyzed in terms of personalized teaching resource learning,common course context teaching,team research and cooperation,and personalized consolidation and improvement.Finally,diversified teaching evaluation is researched from the aspects of pre-class diagnostic assessment,formative evaluation in class,and final evaluation after class.Personalized teaching mode can provide reference for the implementation of smart teaching under modern teaching environment such as big data,internet and 5G.
