摘　　要：本文通过自建可比语料库,比较体育新闻的英译文本与英语原创文本,从词汇多样性、词汇密度、高频词、连接词等角度,描写并分析其在词汇、句法和语篇层面的语言特征。研究探讨英译体育新闻是否符合翻译共性假设中的简化、显化和范化现象。结果表明,英译体育新闻验证了显化和范化假设,但未能体现简化趋势。此外,研究针对译文中存在的过度名词化及情感表达不足等问题提出了改进建议,以期为我国体育新闻的翻译提供参考,满足体育新闻译者专业需要,促进国际体育文化的交流与传播。This research constructs a self-built comparable corpus to compare the English translated sports news with original English sports texts.It describes and analyzes their linguistic features at lexical,syntactic,and discourse levels from the perspectives of lexical diversity,lexical density,high-frequency words,and connectives.The study explores whether the translated sports news aligns with the translation universals of simplification,explicitation,and normalization.The results show that the translations confirm the hypotheses of explicitation and normalization but do not exhibit the trend toward simplification.Additionally,the study proposes suggestions for improvement regarding issues such as excessive nominalization and insufficient emotional expression in the translations.It aims to provide reference for sports news translation in China,meet the professional needs of sports news translators,and promote the exchange and dissemination of international sports culture.
