摘　　要：Objective To evaluate the predictive value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D)level for the clinical response and imaging response to anal fistula in patients with perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease(PFCD)treated with ustekinumab(UST).Methods From October 1,2021 to June 30,2023,80 patients with active PFCD who received UST treatment at the Second Affiliated HospitalofWenzhou Medica1lUniversity were retrospectively collected.
