摘 要:水泵水轮机信号分析技术对于保障抽水蓄能电站的安全、稳定及高效运行具有重要的科学价值和工程意义。该文首先汇总了我国抽水蓄能产业相关文件和部分在建抽水蓄能项目。而后,围绕无叶区流态识别、尾水管压力脉动信号特征提取、主轴轴心轨迹提取、顶盖振动信号识别以及空化引起的压力脉动信号降噪这5个方面,综述了信号分解方法在水泵水轮机中的应用,并重点介绍了信号分解方法在原型水泵水轮机的典型工程案例。最后,归纳总结了信号分解方法在水泵水轮机信号分析应用中的作用,为进一步推广信号分解方法在水泵水轮机中的实际应用提供了参考。The signal analysis technology of pump turbine has important scientific value and engineering significance to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of pumped storage power station.Firstly,the related documents of pumped storage industry and some pumped storage projects under construction in China are summarized in this paper.Then,the application of signal decomposition methods in pump turbine is reviewed and the typical engineering cases of prototype pump turbine are introduced on the following five aspects:flow state recognition in vaneless space,feature extraction of pressure pulsation signal in draft tube,extraction of main shaft orbit,vibration signal recognition of top cover and de-noising of pressure pulsation signal caused by cavitation.Finally,the role of signal decomposition methods in the analysis of signals from pump turbine applications is summarized,which provides a reference for further promoting the practical application of signal decomposition method in pump turbine.
