摘 要:变刚度技术是一种半主动控制技术,其目的是通过改变隔振装置支撑刚度来实现高效减振。首先介绍了气囊支撑隔振装置变刚度半主动振动控制技术的控制原理,根据特定工况要求,通过改变侧向气囊压力实现隔振装置变刚度半主动控制,然后针对某隔振装置设计了对比试验,从试验结果上看,隔振装置变刚度控制能取得2dB的隔振效果。研究成果可应用于舰船隔振装置隔振系统声学性能的精细化设计。Variable stiffness technology is a semi-active control technology, its purpose is to achieve efficient vibration reduction by changing the support stiffness of vibration isolation device.Firstly, the principle of variable stiffness semi-active vibration control technology of airbag supported vibration isolation device is introduced,the vibration isolation device can be semi-actively controlled by changing the side airbag pressure to achieve variable stiffness in a specific working condition, and then a comparison test is designed for a vibration isolation device.According to the test results, 2 dB of vibration-isolation effect can be achieved by variable stiffness control.The study results can be applied to the fine design of acoustic performance of vibration isolation system of ship vibration isolation device.
