摘　　要：在经济全球化不断深入的新时代,培养学生跨文化交际能力成为大学英语教学的重要目标。学生只有了解语言背后的文化背景,客观认识文化差异,才能实现无障碍交流。OMO是线上线下教学深度融合的教学模式,将其应用于跨文化视角的大学英语教学,能结合岗位需求创新课堂教学设计,助力学生提升跨文化交际能力。In the new era of deepening economic globalization, cultivating students' cross-cultural communication skills has become an important goal of college English teaching. Students can achieve barrier free communication and recognize cultural differences objectively by understanding the cultural background behind the language. OMO is a teaching model that deeply integrates online and offline teaching, applied to college English teaching from a cross-cultural perspective. It can innovate classroom teaching design, combined with job competency requirements, to help students develop cross-cultural communication abilities.
