DRG医保支付改革背景下的医院医保管理研究

摘　　要：随着DRG医保支付改革的持续推进,医院医保管理也出现不同程度的变化。DRG医保支付制度确实相比于之前的医保支付更加科学、公平,但是对医院医保管理的基础要求高,在实际推行的过程中存在一些问题,因此需要加快医院医保管理水平。本文对DRG医保支付改革进行概述,介绍该改革的背景与意义,研究当前DRG医保支付改革背景下医院医保管理工作中的不足之处,找出影响因素,针对不足提出应对措施。期望通过本研究能为医院医保管理发展提供参考建议。With the continuous promotion of DRG medical insurance payment reform,hospital medical insurance management has also undergone varying degrees of changes.The DRG medical insurance payment system is indeed more scientific and fair compared to previous medical insurance payments,but it has high basic requirements for hospital medical insurance management,and there are some problems in the actual implementation process.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the level of hospital medical insurance management.This article provides an overview of the DRG medical insurance payment reform,introduces the background and significance of the reform,studies the shortcomings in hospital medical insurance management under the current DRG medical insurance payment reform background,identifies influencing factors,and proposes countermeasures to address the shortcomings.We hope that this study can provide reference suggestions for the development of hospital medical insurance management.
