市域产教联合体的价值意蕴、实践困境及运行机制研究

摘　　要：市域产教联合体建设是提高职业教育质量的重大举措,是促进区域经济发展的新机制。市域产权联合体建设过程中存在激励措施不足、协调力度不够、资源整合不力、约束机制不强等问题,需要从驱动机制、协调机制、合作机制、约束机制四个维度优化市域产教联合体运行机制框架,确保市域产教联合体建设质量。The construction of urban industry education alliance is a major measure to improve the quality of vocational education and a novel mechanism to promote regional economic development.In the process of building a consortium,there are practical problems such as insufficient incentive measures,inadequate coordination,ineffective resource integration and weak constraint mechanisms.It is necessary to optimize the operating mechanism framework of the urban industry education alliance from four dimensions of driving mechanism,coordination mechanism,cooperation mechanism,and constraint mechanism,so as to ensure the quality of the construction of the industry education alliance.
