摘 要:新课程改革的理念与精神是实施数学个性化学习的重要指南,厘清数学课程改革的理论基础,探寻数学个性化学习的生成机制与实施策略,对培育学生创新性思维极为重要且迫切。数学课程改革主要基于马克思主义个性观、多元智能理论、人本主义学习观及建构主义学习观等理论。数学个性化学习的内涵与特质是发展个体数学个性化思维,并发掘其在数学领域中的认知优势与特长,在此基础上,从个性动力系统、学习条件系统、数学活动过程系统及评价与反馈系统四维向度建构数学个性化学习的生成机制。实施策略包括发掘学生个性化学习的内驱力,提供和谐有序的外围保障,构建个性化学习的基本载体,优化数学个性化学习路径。The idea and spirit of the new curriculum reform is an important guide for the implementation of mathematical Personalized Learning.It is extremely important and urgent to clarify the theoretical basis and logical path of senior high school mathematics curriculum reform and explore the generation mechanism and implementation strategy of mathematical personalized learning for cultivating personalized innovative thinking.Based on the current mathematics teaching practice,this paper expounds Marx's View of Personality,Multiple Intelligence Theory,Humanistic Learning Theory and Constructivism Theory in senior high school mathematics curriculum reform.The core of mathematical personalized learning is to develop personalized mathematical thinking and explore their cognitive advantages and specialties in the field of mathematics.The generation mechanism of mathematical personalized learning is constructed from the four dimensions of personality dynamic system,learning condition system,mathematical activity process system and evaluation and feedback system.The implementation strategies include exploring the intrinsic drive of students'personalized learning,providing proper and orderly peripheral protection,building the basic carrier of personalized learning,and improving the path of personalized learning in mathematics.
