摘　　要：加快农业职业教育发展是乡村全面振兴、农业农村现代化建设的应然选择。农业职业教育具有职业教育的普遍性和农业教育的特殊性、专业教育的技术性与终身教育的适应性、农村教育的实践性与农民教育的人文性,是面向“三农”领域建设“干得好、留得住、能出彩”人才队伍的主要阵地。在理论、实践和发展三个维度,农业职业教育推动乡村振兴,蕴含着人力资本供给机制、巩固脱贫攻坚成果、教育经济协同范式的价值逻辑,能够影响带动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织的全方位振兴。其推动乡村振兴的实践路径主要在于功能定位、办学模式、专业布局、教育教学、课程建设、技术服务等领域的深化改革。The modernization of agricultural and rural development in the new era,alongside the comprehensive rejuvenation of rural areas,call for the acceleration of agricultural vocational education.Agricultural vocational education is vital to the“three rural areas”creating a retained talent team.It combines the universality of vocational education and the particularity of agricultural education,the adaptability of lifelong education and the technicality of professional education,the practicality of rural education and the humanity of farmer education.Agricultural vocational education can support the long-term sustainability of poverty reduction,enhance the supply mechanism of inherent human capital in rural revitalization,and align with the value logic of the collaborative paradigm of education economy.These factors can influence and drive the overall revitalization of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology,and organization.
