高职院校深化市域产教联合体人才培养研究——基于30所高职院校教育质量年报的分析

摘　　要：人才培养作为市域产教联合体的核心功能和主要目标,主要依赖高职院校这一主要阵地。以首批入选市域产教联合体的30所高职院校的《2023年中国高等职业教育质量年度报告》作为数据来源,运用NVivo12质性分析软件进行文本处理。通过对文本系统分析后发现,市域产教联合体在人才培养方面主要涉及培养目标和培养机制两大维度,并聚焦于学生发展、协同育人、实习实践、产教联动、贯通路径五个方面的人才培养实践。同时还发现,市域产教联合体各主体在协同参与人才培养方面存在培养目标服务对象偏离、主体协同育人责任不明确、教师岗位实践缺失等问题。未来如何破解人才培养的问题、强化并提升技术技能型人才培养质量是高职院校市域产教联合体建设的重点。Talent cultivation serves as the core function and main objective of municipal industry-education consortium,relying mainly on the pivotal role of higher vocational colleges.This study utilizes the 2023 Annual Report on the Quality of China's Higher Vocational Education from these 30 higher vocational colleges as the source of data,and the text was processed using NVivo12 qualitative software.After systematically analyzing the text,it was found that the municipal industry-education consortium were mainly involved in two dimensions:cultivation objectives and cultivation mechanisms.The focused is on the five aspects of talent cultivation practices:student development,collaborative cultivation,internship practice,industry-education integration,and seamless educational pathway.Meanwhile,issues such as deviation in the service target of the cultivation goals,unclear responsibilities of collaborative cultivation entities,and insufficient professional practice among teachers within the municipal industry-education consortium during collaborative talent cultivation efforts are identified.In the future,how to solve the problems of talent cultivation and strengthen and improve the quality of cultivation of technical and skilled talents is the focus of the construction of municipal industry-education consortium.
