摘  要:中非正共同向着现代化不断奋进,职业教育在促进个体全面发展以及推动现代化进程中发挥重要作用。中非职业教育合作在增进政治互信、构建数字技能生态和深化文化交流以促进非洲经济现代化发展中具有重要价值。然而,中非职业教育合作也面临着政策保障机制和项目评价体系有待健全、产教融合和校企合作有待深入以及文化语言和教育理念有待融合等现实挑战。深化中非职业教育合作需要强化政策引领,构建系统保障体系;深化产教融合,拓展合作平台;丰富合作形式,完善培养体系。通过深化中非职业教育合作,促进我国职业教育“走出去”,以此推动双方职业教育的可持续发展。China and Africa are jointly forging ahead towards modernization.Vocational education plays an important role in promoting the all-round development of individuals and the process of modernization.China-Africa vocational education cooperation is of great value in enhancing mutual political trust,building a digital skills ecosystem,and deepening cultural exchanges.These efforts aim to propel the modernization development of African economies.However,China-Africa vocational education cooperation also faces practical challenges.The policy guarantee mechanisms and project evaluation systems need to be further improved,the integration between industry and education and the cooperation between enterprises and colleges require deeper development,and cultural linguistic and pedagogical differences need better integration.To deepen this cooperation,it is necessary to strengthen the policy leadership and build a comprehensive guarantee system;further integration between industry and education while expanding the cooperation platform;and diversify cooperation forms to improve the talent cultivation system.By intensifying China-Africa vocational education cooperation,China can facilitate its vocational education to"go out"and promote sustainable development of vocational education on both sides.
