摘 要:教师创新是学校变革的永动力,是推进教育现代化进程的重要保障。为探讨数字领导力与特殊教育教师创新行为的关系,及教师能动性的中介作用和组织创新氛围的调节作用,本研究对319名特殊教育教师进行调查。结果发现:数字领导力可以显著正向预测特殊教育教师创新行为;教师能动性在数字领导力与特殊教育教师创新行为之间起部分中介作用;组织创新氛围调节了教师能动性在数字领导力与教师创新行为之间中介作用的前半段路径。研究揭示了数字领导力对特殊教育教师创新行为的影响及作用机制,为提升特殊教育教师创新行为提供实证支持。Teacher innovation is a perpetual driving force for school change and an important guarantee for the process of modernizing education.To explore the relationship between digital leadership and special education teachers'innovation behaviors,as well as the mediating role of teacher agency and the moderating role of organizational innovation climate,319 special education teachers were studied by digital leadership questionnaire,teacher agency questionnaire,organizational innovation Climate Scale and teacher innovation behavior questionnaire.The results showed that:(1)Digital leadership positively predicted the innovation behavior of special education teachers;(2)Teacher agency partially mediated the relationship between digital leadership and teachers'innovation behaviors;(3)The organizational innovation climate moderated the first half of the path of teacher agency in mediating the relationship between digital leadership and teachers'innovation behavior.It also revealed the effects and mechanisms of digital leadership on special education teachers'innovative behaviors and provides empirical support for enhancing special education teachers'innovative behaviors.
