摘 要:不同于西方“问题导向”的学科生成路径,我国学科建设路径带有明显的制度指向性,即在《学位授予和人才培养学科目录》及其相关规定文件下建设学科。在此背景下,教育管理学面临着学科体系建构和学科制度建设的困境,并在两者的叠加作用下陷入学科合法性危机。学科合法性体现在学术合法性、制度合法性及社会合法性三个维度。依循这三个维度探析教育管理学学科合法性的阶段特征,发现其学术合法性仍未建立,学科知识体系走向分化;制度合法性缺乏保障,学科制度建设丧失独立性;社会合法性亟待提升,学科社会影响力存在争议。教育管理学学科合法性危机表征为学术体系独特性的消解,学科建制的分合交迭以及社会渗透力的持续下降。教育管理学学科属性的模糊不清、学科制度建设的纯粹指令性导向和学科发展的历史性桎梏是学科合法性危机产生的根源。把握学科研究的自立意识、学科制度的变革趋势和学科发展的历史脉络,是应对教育管理学学科合法性危机的关键所在。为此,须明确教育管理学学科的学术体系特性,推动教育管理学跨一级学科集群建设,探索教育管理学学科体系建构的本土逻辑。Differing from the“problem⁃oriented”path of discipline formation in Western coun⁃tries,discipline construction in China has an obvious institutional orientation,which refers to con⁃structing disciplines under the discipline catalogs involving degree conferring and talent training and relevant documents.In this context,educational management is facing the dilemma of discipline sys⁃tem construction and discipline establishment,and falling into a crisis of discipline legitimacy under the superposition of these effects.Discipline legitimacy is reflected in three dimensions:academic le⁃gitimacy,institutional legitimacy,and social legitimacy.According to these three dimensions,the stage characteristics of the discipline legitimacy of educational management were analyzed,and the results showed that its academic legitimacy has not yet been established,and the disciplinary know⁃ledge system is becoming differentiated;the institutional legitimacy is not guaranteed,and the con⁃struction of the discipline system loses its independence;social legitimacy needs to be improved ur⁃gently,and the social influence of the discipline is controversial.The crisis of discipline legitimacy in educational management is characterized by the dissolution of the uniqueness of the academic sys⁃tem,the overlapping of the discipline system,and the continuous decline of social influence.The am⁃biguity of the discipline attributes of educational management,the purely command⁃oriented orienta⁃tion construction of the discipline system,and the historical shackles of discipline development are the root causes of the crisis of discipline legitimacy.The key to coping with the legitimacy crisis of educational management is to grasp the self⁃reliance consciousness of discipline research,the reform trend of the discipline system,and the historical context of discipline development.In this case,it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of the academic system of educational management,promote the construction of interdisci
