摘 要:为深入探索海洋微藻作为新型生物原料在食品、医药、能源等领域应用的可行性与价值,以新品种小球藻Chlorella sp.TIO-36为研究对象,比较不同的培养方式下该小球藻的产量,检测其产物的生化成分组成、脂肪酸组成及叶黄素含量,并对该小球藻叶黄素提取物的抗氧化能力进行评价。结果表明,Chlorella sp.TIO-36生长快速、产量高,藻粉富含蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸及叶黄素,其叶黄素提取物具有抗氧化、抗光损伤的作用,能有效缓解细胞氧化损伤。In order to explore the feasibility and value of using marine microalgae as a new type of biological raw material in food,medicine,energy,and other fields,the new strain of microalgae,Chlorella sp.TIO-36,was selected as the research object.The yields of this microalga under different cultivation methods were compared.The biochemical composition,fatty acid composition,and lutein content of its products were detected.Additionally,the antioxidant capacity of the lutein extract from this microalga was evaluated.The results showed that Chlorella sp.TIO-36 grew rapidly and had a high yield.The algal powder was rich in protein,unsaturated fatty acids,and lutein.The lutein extract had an antioxidant effect and light damage resistance,which could effectively alleviate cellular oxidative damage.
