摘　　要：目的:分析语言及早期感觉统合训练联合针刺治疗儿童精神发育迟滞(MR)的效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2024年5月吴川市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接诊的60例MR患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各30例。对照组接受语言及早期感觉统合训练,研究组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗。比较两组语言功能、发育商、认知功能。结果:治疗后,研究组语言功能增强,且优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Gesell发育诊断量表评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组模仿、知觉、动作技能、手眼协调、认知表现、口语认知评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:语言及早期感觉统合训练联合针刺干预有利于改善MR患儿语言能力,促进其发育商开发,增强其认知功能。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of language and early sensory integration training combined with acupuncture in treating mental retardation(MR)in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with MR admitted to the Wuchuan Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from November 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received language and early sensory integration training,while the study group received additional acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The language function,developmental quotient,and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the language function of study groups improved,and showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).The Gesell Developmental Diagnostic Scale scores of both groups increased,with the study group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for imitation,perception,motor skills,hand-eye coordination,cognitive performance,and verbal cognition in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of language and early sensory integration training with acupuncture intervention is beneficial in improving the language ability,promoting the developmental quotient,and enhancing the cognitive function of children with MR.
