摘  要:在产业数字化转型背景下,湖南职业教育的高质量发展备受关注。文章以电商专业为例,通过文献研究、案例分析和实地调研,深入分析电商专业在产业数字化转型中的现状与问题。研究发现,电商专业在政策扶持、教学创新、国际交流等方面初见成效,但仍存在专业与产业不匹配、课程内容与实践脱节、师资数量与质量失衡、培养目标与市场需求错位等问题。职业院校应通过优化数字化专业设置、完善数字化模块课程、强化数字化“双师”教师队伍建设、创新数字化人才培养模式等,推动电商专业在产业数字化转型背景下实现高质量发展。In the context of industrial digital transformation,the high-quality development of vocational education in Hunan has attracted much attention.The article takes e-commerce as an example,and through literature research,case analysis,and field research,deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of e-commerce in industrial digital transformation.Research has found that e-commerce majors have achieved initial results in policy support,teaching innovation,international exchanges,and other aspects.However,there are still problems such as a mismatch between the profession and the industry,a disconnect between course content and practice,an imbalance between the quantity and quality of teaching staff,and a mismatch between training objectives and market demand.Vocational colleges should promote the high-quality development of e-commerce majors in the context of industrial digital transformation by optimizing digital professional settings,improving digital module courses,strengthening the construction of digital"dual teacher"teacher teams,and innovating digital talent training models.
