摘 要:注油压装工艺的执行标准由TB/T 2202—1991《车辆车轮与车轴注油压装技术条件》变更为TB/T 1463—2015《机车轮对组装技术条件》。某重型轨道车车轮与车轴注油压装后,压力检验时发现压力增大。为验证该重型轨道车车轮与车轴注油压装过程是否满足TB/T 1463—2015要求,依据GB/T 5371—2004《极限与配合过盈配合的计算和选用》的理论,计算注油压装工艺参数,并运用有限元软件,建立车轮与车轴过盈配合有限元模型,分别从注油压装过程压力曲线、车轮径向最大位移、注油压装质量3方面开展仿真分析。仿真结果表明,将过盈量控制在0.18mm~0.20mm之间,满足TB/T1463—2015要求。The implementation standard of oil injection pressure assembly process was changed from TB/T 2202—1991 Technical Specification for oil Injection pressure assembly for vehicle wheels and axles to TB/T 1463—2015 Technical Specification for Wheelsets Assembly for Locomotive.After the heavyduty rail car wheel and axle are assembled by oil injection,it was found that the pressure increases during pressure inspection.In order to verify whether the oil injection pressure assembly process of the heavyduty rail car wheel and axle meets the requirements of TB/T 1463—2015,according to the theory of GB/T 5371—2004 Limits and fits-The calculation and selection of interference fits,the process parameters of the oil injection pressure assembly are calculated,and the finite element model of the wheel and axle interference fit was established by using the finite element software.The simulation analysis was carried out from three aspects:the pressure curve of the oil pressure assembly process,the maximum radial displacement of the oil injection pressure assembly and the quality of the oil injection pressure assembly.The simulation results showed that when the interference is controlled within the range of 0.18 mm to 0.20 mm,it meeted the requirements of TB/T 1463—2015.
